Mercedes needed new water pump. Said she would call with an estimate, but did not. Water pump and some extras covered by my Extended Service Warranty. Discrepancy over pulley that they said was not covered. Told me to call the Warranty Comany myself, which I did. Thought the Service Agent should have negotiated this issue with the Warranty Company. I mean, I paid over $3000. for the Extended Warranty, and someone made a nice commission on it, so I was expecting more. Other than that, all good.
This is the first Volvo I have purchased after having many vehicles including BMWs. I can not state enough what fantastic service I have received from the sale to my first year maintenance. Great customer service!!

Great Service Easy experience. Great team. Quality work and all that during covid. The regular service is quite expensive but the repairs are always on par with other vendors.

As always, friendly, courteous, professional, on time, and correctly done. This is a challenging time to operate a business, but this agency explained to me what the warning light meant, explained what the repair would involve with an approximate cost, snd scheduled an appointment.
