Excellent customer service with quality work. Over the years I have received excellent customer service from Volvo of Cape Cod. Most recently from Andrea Jones. She is always friendly, knowledgeable and follows up to confirm that my vehicles were serviced or repaired to my satisfaction. I know customer service is a difficult job and Andrea has the ability, confidence and expertise to make it look easy.
My convertible roof was not working which was extremely upsetting . Andrea, Bryan and their team made this a great experience. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier. My top is fully functional again.
Purchase of a Volvo XC60 We purchased a Volvo XC60 (2017 year), roughly 6 weeks ago. We had been shopping for newer models, but decided to try a 2017. An appointment was made with Mike. I don't hesitate looking 100-200 mile radius because I know what I want and what to look out for. I found just what I had been looking for online, no more than 10 miles away in Hyannis.
