Purchase of a Volvo XC60 We purchased a Volvo XC60 (2017 year), roughly 6 weeks ago. We had been shopping for newer models, but decided to try a 2017. An appointment was made with Mike. 1st used car purchase from a dealship I generally look elsewhere when shopping for used cars of which I've bought many. I don't hesitate looking 100-200 mile radius because I know what I want and what to look out for. I found just what I had been looking for online, no more than 10 miles away in Hyannis. Volvo Cape Cod Went Above and Beyond! When we retrieved our car after coming back from Nantucket, we had a "Check Engine" warning. As we had a 16-hour trip ahead of us, we called Volvo Cape Cod to see if they could help us. Mercedes needed new water pump. Said she would call with an estimate, but did not. Water pump and some extras covered by my Extended Service Warranty. Discrepancy over pulley that they said was not covered. Told me to call the Warranty Comany myself, which I did. Thought the Service Agent should have negotiated this issue with the Warranty Company. I mean, I paid over $3000. for the Extended Warranty, and someone made a nice commission on it, so I was expecting more. Other than that, all good.
This is the first Volvo I have purchased after having many vehicles including BMWs. I can not state enough what fantastic service I have received from the sale to my first year maintenance. Great customer service!!
