great communication, customer-centered dealership Volvo is known for good dealerships, and Volvo Cape Cod is great. They assisted us with a complicated transaction, keeping the communication frequent and accurate. I feel that they took care of us, in the old-fashioned sense.

Superb & consciencious service. Andrea was so helpful in getting us the appointment. She was knowledgeable about cars.Very responsible regarding the safety & health regarding Covid-19 public proceedures. Very personable. Jeff also. Andrea was fantastic. She kept us apprised of everything. One thing, in the past , our car was washed and the inside vacuumed and wiped down. This was not done. The outside was washed and the windshield was cleaned, but the hat was it. Very disappointing.
