Professional, honest and trustworthy The technical service staff has my best interest at hand.They found other items that needed attention and corrected them. When I left I felt my car is in excellent condition.
Mercedes needed new water pump. Said she would call with an estimate, but did not. Water pump and some extras covered by my Extended Service Warranty. Discrepancy over pulley that they said was not covered. Told me to call the Warranty Comany myself, which I did. Thought the Service Agent should have negotiated this issue with the Warranty Company. I mean, I paid over $3000. for the Extended Warranty, and someone made a nice commission on it, so I was expecting more. Other than that, all good.
This is the first Volvo I have purchased after having many vehicles including BMWs. I can not state enough what fantastic service I have received from the sale to my first year maintenance. Great customer service!!
