The navigation, radio, GPS, etc. stopped working. The dealership has an outstanding master tech (Ian) with whom has serviced my car since purchased. It was covered by warranty. Generally provides good service The only fault is I had to pay for inspection of sunroof & tailgate locking mechanism even though I have complained every time going for service.
Purchased certified XC60 This was a very positive experience. No sales pressure; Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable; We used the website to look at and review cars ahead of time and found it very user friendly and had all the information, easily accessible, that we needed to identify possible fits for us; Our salesman also used the site to more further review our possibilities. All in all it was excellent.
Very pleasant experience. I am a long-time Volvo owner so there was no pressure; just folks trying to be helpful and match me with the right car. Particularly appreciate having most of the paperwork completed before I came to pick up the car. Very efficient.

Great experience shopping for another XC60 Volvo to replace my 2012 version. Mike ‘Mullen was easy to work with and answered all my questions about the newer version of my car. We drove several versions until we found a 2019 that was a good fit. As a matter of fact, I bought my 2012 Volvo at Premier Volvo.
