No hassle no pressure experience We worked with Derek Nickerson. We found him to be trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. We didn't buy a car from him but that was mostly due to available selection. We would buy from him in the future and recommend him to others.
Wonderful buying experience. Ethan was top-notch. Sales manager Harold was wonderful and Kara was also a great person. I highly recommend this dealership. I bought a 2019 Volvo S60 T6 r-design coming out of a 2007 Volvo s60r and was blown away by all the new technology and performance.

Salesman great, finance guy not so much. Ethan was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.....even after the sale. The “closing” with the finance guy turned out to be nothing but a hard press to sell extended warantees. After his lengthy presentation I said “thanks but I’m not interested. His reply was “why”. Not a perfect ending to what had been a pleasant experience at Volvo Cars Cape Cod.
