Pretty Awesome Derek was great. Very responsive and even responded to my questions at night and on his day off. Gave him crap for responding. Truck was detailed nicely. Ali in front is a great greeting person. Gm very friendly and helpful. Mark.....someplace else he would rather be.
The best car experience in my life! My experience with Volvo and salesman Derek Nickerson was the best that I have had in over 40 years of car buying! He made getting a new Volvo the most natural purchase ever! I will (and have already) recommended him to my family and friends! I picked up my 2018 Volvo today and I love it! Derek spend a lot of time with me to be sure I understood every aspect of the car! I doubt that I will ever shop anywhere else in the future! I am truly grateful to him and his professionalism!
Derek is the BEST!!! My husband just bought a used 2017 Silverado 1500 Custom pickup truck at this dealership. Derek Nickerson was our client advisor. He was such a wonderful young man & very mature & efficient yet friendly. Could not have asked for a better salesman & representative of this dealership! Superior customer service by Michael Mullen I found the staff to be helpful, courteous and responsive to any questions I had. Although the vehicle prices are considered fair, they tend to trend somewhat higher than KBB or CarGuru recommended pricing, therefore I could not give The dealership a complete 5 Star review (4.5 stars if that were an option). Very easy process!! From the initial greeting as my wife and I entered the showroom to the pickup of our new V90 Cross Country wagon, buying the car at Volvo Cars Cape Cod was a very seamless, straight forward process thanks to Derek. I had "built on line" the V90 we would have liked and Derek brought out a car to demo that not only had 95% of the options we were looking for, but it was the same color with the exact interior we had priced on line. Best experience ever We walked into this dealership looking to test drive a used XC60. We were immediately greeted by a courteous receptionist and she introduced us to Ethan Harrington. We explained to him what we were looking for and he immediately told us that there were several used XC60s on the lot and asked us if we would like to drive one. We said we would. Exceptional Customer Service While we didn't end up getting a car from Micheal due to the prohibitive shipping costs to California, he was the consummate professional during all of our visits to Hyannis Volvo.
