1st Class Service from start to finish From the time we 1st drove up to just look around until the time we drove off with our new car, Derek was with us every step of the way. More of a consultant than a sales person. His follow up wias impressive as well, not only calling to check up on how everything was after the sale, but sent a thank you note (not e-mail!), very impressive. Mr Reilly was the best, more concerned about what we needed and not what they could sell us, Harold's honesty was and is refreshing. Thanks!

The best car experience in my life! My experience with Volvo and salesman Derek Nickerson was the best that I have had in over 40 years of car buying! He made getting a new Volvo the most natural purchase ever! I will (and have already) recommended him to my family and friends! I picked up my 2018 Volvo today and I love it! Superior customer service by Michael Mullen I found the staff to be helpful, courteous and responsive to any questions I had. Although the vehicle prices are considered fair, they tend to trend somewhat higher than KBB or CarGuru recommended pricing, therefore I could not give The dealership a complete 5 Star review (4.5 stars if that were an option). Very easy process!! From the initial greeting as my wife and I entered the showroom to the pickup of our new V90 Cross Country wagon, buying the car at Volvo Cars Cape Cod was a very seamless, straight forward process thanks to Derek.
