Great “no pressure” buying experience We came to Volvo to service our other car and Derek approached us to ask if he could show us a used car we saw in lot. He gave us a lot of information on the car and though I didn’t buy it then, I came back to take another look and he showed us another vehicle that had just come in that I ended up buying.
