Overall good experience Dealership salesman was very good. Not pushy, not obnoxious, just informative and professional. For a young guy, he was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. Purchase of 2018 V60 We hadn't been in a car dealership in 20 years and were not looking forward to haggling with a salesman. But, our 1998 Volvo had served us so well we were on a quest for a newer one. The salesman, Derek, was great - he is knowledgeable and patient. There was no haggling involved and the prices seemed reasonable. He showed us various models and let us drive a couple of them. We'll be back in 20 years!

Easiest car buying experience I went to Volvo Cars Cape Cod after being recommended by a friend to try the Premier dealerships. I went to the dealership with a certified Volvo in mind. However, due to the fact that I still owed money on my old car and did not have enough to put down to supplement the roll over cost, the certified car was not going to work. Excellent This was the easiest in the smoothest car purchase I ever made. Jack was great to deal with, I talk to him the day before on the phone and got a lot of the questions out-of-the-way. The next day all I have to do is have a test drive and I was sold. I also got a good price for my trade-in.
