Best experience ever We walked into this dealership looking to test drive a used XC60. We were immediately greeted by a courteous receptionist and she introduced us to Ethan Harrington. We explained to him what we were looking for and he immediately told us that there were several used XC60s on the lot and asked us if we would like to drive one. We said we would. Exceptional Customer Service While we didn't end up getting a car from Micheal due to the prohibitive shipping costs to California, he was the consummate professional during all of our visits to Hyannis Volvo. We learned a ton about Volvo and the car we want which prepared up well for our (hopeful) future purchase. Michael was aware of this the whole time and still took tremendous care of us. Thank you!!

Exceptional Service Michael Mullen went above and beyond from first interaction. We communicated thru email and phone calls before initial meeting at the dealership. Michael let me know exactly what I needed in order to leave with the car before my appointment. Upon arrival he greeted my mother and I and had the car waiting for us with air conditioner on due to the extreme heat. Back to Volvo Purchasing my new Volvo XC 60 with the capable assistance of Mike Mullen was a dream. He reached out when I made an inquiry but did not overwhelm me and he honored my timelines. When I had selected the car and packages I wanted he immediately found me a car and ultimately picked it up the day I needed it. He smoothly facilitated my trade-in, payment, registration and inspection. He managed all this in time for me to bring it to Nantucket for my 2 week vacation the next day. I cannot imagine a better experience.
