Emma was great to work with! She helped make the purchase process seamless and we were not pushed to make any decisions until we were ready. Once we were ready to make the purchase, the dealership was helpful in expediting our car for pickup. Overall, a 5-star dealership which is in brand new and very clean an comfortable.

Needed a battery for my car as soon as possible. Talk to Josh Friday afternoon and he said his schedule was pretty much full. He said to drop the car off and he will try to fit it in over the weekend. He called me Saturday morning at 9:00 am and said my car was ready with a new battery. Excellent service!!

This was the only dealer we visited while shopping for our next Volvo. They had so many great used models to choose from it was like shopping new inventory. This was my second lease with Premier Volvo. Laurie Gallo handled all the details and she wasn't supposed too as the salesperson did not get back to me, so being a customer there before, Laurie jumped in and handled the whole transaction, found the car I wanted and took care of everything. Can't say enough about her...the best.
