I stopped into Volvo of Plymouth to get a car wash and I new there was a re-call for the windshield wipers. I neglected to make an appointment, but the staff stepped right up and told me they would take care of the re-call ASAP. 15 minutes later my car was spotless and my windshield wipers were fixed! Thanks to all the service staff I was on my way in no time!

Amazing sales experience. Despite Covid-19 and the chaos going on around everyone, working with Emma on purchasing a car was great. She had a lot on her plate and still was able to take good care of us. The whole process from test drive to purchase was quick and super efficient and I never felt out of sync or taken advantage of. This is how car buying should be. No hidden agendas, no negative surprises but a straight forward discussion with a fair price. Thank you!
