Great service Contacting Volvo for service I spoke with Rich who was knowledgeable and took the time to go through what was required, the amount of time it would take and the cost. Service Manager Josh continues to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable keeping the service department running smoothly. Work needed was done professionally and in a timely fashion.

Joshua Carvalho saved my day! I cannot thank Joshua enough and I would give him a A++++. I arrived at the service center at 9:00 AM without an appointment. I was on my way to my grandson's 2nd birthday party and was leaving the next morning at 4:00 AM for five weeks in Maine.
