The overall appearance of the dealership was immaculate. Everything was clean and very tidy. We worked with Justin and from the start he was wonderful. He was timely in his responses and wonderful upon our arrival to take delivery. The lady whom we signed our paperwork was wonderful and very well informed of all documents we were signing. The one thing that did take an extra amount of time was when they were getting the car ready. We stopped in Plymouth on a rainy Sunday afternoon to check out the inventory of pre-owned xc60’s in the lot. Ended up having some questions so entered dealership without an appointment. Re-marketing Coordinator John Lendvai happened to be available and offered to answer questions. John was very knowledgeable about the car as well as the pre-owned market. By Wednesday we had a deal. I LOVE MY VOLVO XC60! Thank you John!

Seems that the vibration in the steering column at high speeds has been corrected; did not expect the service to take 2 hours; it would have been good if I had be advised of the estimated time for servicing
