I stopped by on November 5th for some information on how to change the battery on my Volvo's key. A very pleasant young man in the parts department changed the battery and advised that we go out to the car and test it. Upon approaching the car he noticed that on the front tire a large strip of rubber had been torn back. I had never noticed it. I didn’t have direct contact as it was handled through the auto body shop. They fixed the issue and my car came back vacuumed and washed.

Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. From my initial contact with Percy Williams, to the day I drove my 2017 S60 off the lot, I was very happy with the process. Percy laid out my options before meeting with the Business Manager Laurie Gallo. This was a pleasant, seamless vehicle purchase. On the day I received my vehicle, Jarrod went over the S60 functions and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this comfortable way to purchase a vehicle.
