I love being able to answer my Vonage phone calls on my cell phone. The biggest frustration has been that of a lack of syncing with caller ID. When the call comes in I only see the phone number but not the caller ID. After I have declined to answer the call because it was not identified, then I see information regarding the name of who was calling.
The app works fine but has one bug that should be easy to fix. Whenever listening to a conversation on “Speaker” mode, the volume cannot be lowered or increased.
Good app but needs the ability to send & receive text & picture message from home phone number.

I love this app It let's me make and receive calls from my home phone without being there and no one can tell either way.

I’ve used this app many times since started using vonage. It allows me to screen incoming calls which is very important in this day in age where there are many telemarketers and “uninvited” callers. I have made international calls through this app and the quality of sound is similar to when I am using my phone at home. Excellent innovation by vonage. Keep up the good work.
I use this (mainly) on Wi-Fi when I travel and it works great. This means I don't usually pay for out of country cell coverage. I wouldn't leave home without it. Also, where I live all cell carriers have trouble providing a great signal. So when I have to call countries like India, I just use the Extensions app.
Very good app. It is not a 5 star just because there are a few things to work on, like allowing to edit a number if you mistype, copy and paste a number, save a contact. Communication is clear however.
