I loved this app as it is very convenient for me to use it on the go also my parents can use the phone at same time from home. So basically, it is convenient for everyone in my family.
A great app that really works! Very happy so far. I’m currently having to use Vonage while abroad, and this app is so easy to use, and it makes my calls really cost-effective! Keep up the good work, Vonage!
The app works great, but some settings don’t sync with the website account. For example if you turn on do not disturb from the app, it doesn’t reflect it on the website. Vice verses, if you turn on do not disturb from the website, it doesn’t show it’s on from the web app. In my case I was wondering why phone calls were going straight to voicemail.
The Vonage extension app allows me to answer calls when I’m not home. I can block calls, forward calls, check call rates to a specific number, and manage voicemail all from the app on my cell phone. Great service, company, and app!
The Extensions app is just one more great thing about Vonage. We never miss a call no matter where we are. When I see the call coming in on my cell phone saves me a lot of running around trying to see who calls from.
We have had Vonage since they started and could not be happier with every aspect of this company.... product, customer service, price. We travel internationally a lot and we never miss a call because we have it set up to simultaneously call our cell phone wherever we are. The extension app works like a charm. I love being able to answer my Vonage phone calls on my cell phone. The biggest frustration has been that of a lack of syncing with caller ID. When the call comes in I only see the phone number but not the caller ID. After I have declined to answer the call because it was not identified, then I see information regarding the name of who was calling.
