I can be away from the store or with my wireless headset and be able to get all calls. it is great for me.

It works, but seems a bit unreliable. Also, I am forever getting notifications of missed calls. Currently I get a notification several times each day of 40+ missed calls. There is no way to dismiss these and set the number back to zero. With each new missed call that number goes up.

Rough around the edges! They are making it better but like any computerized service, NONE are consumer friendly. Depending on your internet or other devices service, they're all terrible and expensive. At the very least Vonage is the most affordable. I was thrown into the Vonage system at my job. A year and a half later, I have made it work for us how we need it to. Your customer service is not dependent on Vonage, it's how YOU manage it. They have been extremely helpful when I've stumbled.
Great Concept of Service needs adjustments especially the virtual receptionist service intro.
Easy to set-up. UI is just perfect. Call quality is amazing.
