I originally got the Vonage for home office calls but followed up when Vonage expanded into international long distance and offered a promotional special in early part of 2018. Love Vonage and especially their ‘Extensions’ for my mobile phone. Great service and price!
In general I’m fairly happy with the Extensions app. I like that I can answer and place calls from my Vonage phone number while away from my desk. My only problem is that when I receive an incoming call it doesn’t show the caller ID. It only shows the phone number and it says that it’s a Vonage Extensions call. So the workflow this forces me into is to not answer the phone call. Then I can open the Vantage extensions app look in the history and then I can see who called and then I can call them back. Works as advertised. Very satisfied.
If I call from outside the home, quality is always poor even on LTE when I use Vonage to call my mother in Bangladesh on her cell. However I called from home where I have cable modem. The quality was very good. I would recommend them highly.
This app does not get installed in Google Chromebook.But overall good app for mobile

Vonage has been great for me for 10 years as a home phone and app. Vonage extension app is great for me to talk even when I am traveling internationally (needs Wi-Fi or 4G). Some times have to close the app & restart to make it work. Works great from India or US. I have family, friends & clients all over the world, that makes Vonage App a must have for me.
The cheapest of its kind, very functional, easy to use, so many great features at your finger tips wether it be Vonage for business or home. The one feature that I’d love to have as an option, for customers with multiple lines under one account. That there be one window/interface where you can receive all of your content from each line with notifications & full options as we are able to do now but only with the one line.
