I'm very happy with Vonage for the most part. The one that I don't like or appreciate is the telemarketing phone calls that I get.
I been using this app since last few weeks the overall voice call quality is great.
There's a couple very minor usability issues but they don't bring the review down.
It does all that I need and then some.
I utilize the app often not just for home calls but for work conference calls for the improvement in clarity on the line. I recommend the app for all Vonage users.
Perfect way to stay in touch while on the go. This app makes communicating very easy and it's features are user-friendly too.
Very very effective.
Vonage is great but a couple things in the app need to be changed. We get a ton of telemarketer/ robocalls on our home Vonage line (4-5 or more a day) and they always ring on my cell phone and show up in my iPhone recent calls but hardly ever show up in the Vonage app anymore, even when it's open. I WAS blocking repeat offender numbers in the app but can't do that anymore as they don't show up. Just used the extensions app while traveling in Europe. It made talking with my family easy. Just call my registered number and voila!
