Calls are great quality. Never failed us, so far. It’s been over 5 years, may 10 years we’ve had Vonage.

And the people I call see my home caller ID regardless of where I call from.

I use Vonage as a remote salesperson working from Brazil. It works beautifully and the Vonage Extensions app rings right to my cell phone so it feels like a regular phone call. I make and receive business calls all day with no problem. Clients see that I am calling from my home area of Minneapolis because I was able to choose my number. All I need is WiFi!

I originally got the Vonage for home office calls but followed up when Vonage expanded into international long distance and offered a promotional special in early part of 2018. Although I am a bit jaded from bad experiences w other American phone companies (V; T), and Vonage would not provide a written account of the promotional offer terms as were explained by their customer service reps over the phone, the customer service quality is quite good and I remain somewhat hopeful they will keep their end of the bargain, at least... read more
