Sometimes works... often the audio is echo-y which is hugely distracting! The clinic I see my individual therapist through uses Vonage as their platform for virtual visits; the frequent echoing audio disrupts appointments and can make delving into difficult topics more awkward than they are already. For the sake of time, we often just have to hang up & talk on the phone the old fashioned way. Sometimes the problems only happen to one of us at a time; it's puzzling.
