Doesn't support WI-FI, calls
I had no trouble using the App in India. But after I got back to the US there was a hefty bill with Roaming charges from AT&T. Fortunately AT&T reversed the charges. Nice of them. The App used the local provider and not the wireless.
It's a false claim by Vonage that we an safe minutes by calling wifi / 3G. Still eating minutes. With taxes as much as the base tariff, I am not happy.
Terrible voice quality makes it unusable.

Do not understand the false claim that it supports ipad users. Vonage should delete that claim because their app does not work. Sorry Vonage.... but until you fix this problem I cannot give you a good rate.
Good: very good app for Vonage extension. No need to dial in using the dial in number and provide pin. It directly place the call using wifi or it internally connects with phone and place the call by slipping dial in and pin. Bad: 1) During the call, if an alarm rings, the vonage call will be on hold and it is not possible to remove the hold back. Got to disconnect and connect the call again. 2) some times, I am getting an error that the call cannot be placed when the other call is active even when no calls are active.
