WiFi call is a good feature added but needs more stability 1. Wifi calls drop abruptly even whn n/w is excellent 2. Bluetooth headset doesn't work while on wifi call.

Traditional Vonage service using a Vonage box and a regular telephone has been consistently excellent for me over the past 11 years, so I had very high hopes for the Vonage Extensions app. I travel internationally quite a lot, and it's much more practical to use an iPhone app than to carry my Vonage box and telephone with me. Loved the app but a call to india from the vonage extensions got routed with my cell phone provider, got a text message from my wireless provider that my charges with global calling has crossed 200 Dollars. Vonage won't accept their responsibility and gave me discount of 10 dollars as discount on the monthly bill for 6 months. Luckily my wireless provider was able to reduce to charges to 20 dollars plus a monthly charge of 4 dollars for adding a new feature to calling plan.
