It is incorrectly mentioned that it works with iPad. The moment I downloaded and open the app in iPad it threw the error message that it is not compatible with iPad at this moment. What a disaster.
The concept is good but needs work. 1. Should be able to use Internet from phone. 2. There is no option to have three way calls. 3. Calls drop 4. Echos and/or static can be heard at times. 4. When incoming calls come in on the phone there is no option to put call on hold or merge the two calls or retrieve the Vonage program. 5. Not really a very good app .bcz sometimes giving an error while making international calls
Needs ability to receive calls as well as make them. Otherwise not bad. Incoming seems clearer than outgoing; people I call frequently say voice quality is poor.
I get prompted for password every day telling me that my account is invalid. After sometime it starts to work all by itself!
Good but not great
Support to correct a myriad of issues is great. Technical issues deep. Maybe it's just calls to Mexico's monopolistic phone system that is the root cause. Things just so corrupt there !
Bad app because I downloaded it and said not compatible with this device
They charge too much for international call.
