Really back when connection is done by wifi. It was better without wifi connection. I almost decide to turndown my contract with Vonage
I placed a call using this app to India but the call went through AT&T and I got charged $57 for that call. Vonage customer support didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.
Most of the time unreliable and not good! In time that u need to u use it.
It is good in terms of speed and performance but with this version I see some software issues like call drops or so, previously the app was good when I dial and come out of app , the call was getting connected but now if I do so,before I get the ring to the phone of I come out of the app, the call is getting dropped n once I m done with the call also , when I get back to the app, it shows the call in progress till a few seconds only then the call will end that's how
I loved the Vonage app until the latest update to the app, doesn't always allow connecting to my Bluetooth headset even when I have a full 4g connection. I have no trouble using my headset for a regular phone call! I wish they'd fix it soon!
constant call drops
Customers should have flexibility to edit their domestic contacts and international extensions contacts. Also, once primary contacts database is edited, Vonage contacts should be automatically edited.
Call quality is horrible on this app you need to try 7 to 8 times to be able to make a call.
Wifi extension is great feature but I wish we could make conference call as well on cell phone like we can do on landline
