Too many dropped calls, but the it is extra service at no cost

Traditional Vonage service using a Vonage box and a regular telephone has been consistently excellent for me over the past 11 years, so I had very high hopes for the Vonage Extensions app. I travel internationally quite a lot, and it's much more practical to use an iPhone app than to carry my Vonage box and telephone with me. Loved the app but a call to india from the vonage extensions got routed with my cell phone provider, got a text message from my wireless provider that my charges with global calling has crossed 200 Dollars. Vonage won't accept their responsibility and gave me discount of 10 dollars as discount on the monthly bill for 6 months. Luckily my wireless provider was able to reduce to charges to 20 dollars plus a monthly charge of 4 dollars for adding a new feature to calling plan. Haven't come across a more crappy app ever all my life.
And the whole time I thought it was the other Vonage app that was broken. After reading the reviews on here I deleted this app and no longer have problems with not receiving calls from the other app.
Sound not coming out of my iphone earpiece but for some reasons when i connect my headphones it comes its weird .... Waste app .... Anyone else facing this problem?
The older version worked great. This version does not even register my phone as an extension. Deserves -5 stars
