    I gave up my desk IP Phone a while back since I travel and rarely work from my desk during business hours. I tried the Vonage Chrome extension, but it's not very good. Totally frustrated, I decided to try the Android app and I was pleasantly surprised. I use it on both my cell phone and tablet. It integrates with the device's contact list (something the Chrome extension could not do) and the call quality is quite acceptable.     App is real convenient and it works even with minimal phone data connection. I just hope you can add options for warm and blind transfers too.

    Thank you for your feedback. Blind transfer is available, using the arrow on the top right of a screen while in a call. Warm transfer is someone we're looking to add in the future.

    Used across all our company in various regions, we use it quite a bit. However the last update was bad. Call history is completely blank, cannot find who called on missed calls anymore, causes grief. Just shows a number of missed calls.

    Vonage Team has been responsive to app reviews. Never Miss a Call is a powerful feature, but calls forwarded to a personal number need to be directed back to Vonage Voicemail if "Ignore" is pressed.

    I use this for my business. It integrates good with my Zoho CRM software. Call quality's good. There's only a couple issues with it. When someone's calling you and you're already on the phone, it cuts the sound with the person you're talking with, until you select what you want to do with the incoming call. Cuts your customer off in mid sentence. They never even know you're gone. Second issue. Sometimes you can see an incoming call on your computer screen, but it never rings your phone, and you can't pick it up. You have to ... read more
