Vonage Business Communications (VBC) activates conversations across voice, SMS, team messaging, fax, social, meetings, and more, providing a unified communication experience with elevated Quality of Service (QoS).
It works well sometimes, but half of the time it takes several minutes for a voicemail text to load. Call quality is usually pretty good. I'll try it without the voicemail to text and see how it works.

Works good at times and then there are the other times when I am not sure what it is doing or what I'm supposed to do with it. It's an adventure...that is certain!

Was working like a charm for a while. Loved it. But, since a few days, when I have updated my Google Pixel to Android 8.1.0 - And I think the app has updated too - I have been having some issues with receiving and making calls. Calls arent going through on to the mobile app as they come - instead, it simply shows up as missed calls later - Which is not good for my business. Also, i have to restart the app every once in a while when I have to make a call. Otherwise, when I dial a number, it simply says Calling and wont ring. ... read more

During the last days we did have issues on Android 8.x, impacting some users not receiving some of the calls. An update to the app is being rolled out this week to fix this issue (5.14.2 update), sorry for the inconvenience.
This app is getting better. It must use a lot data because I can be on a call five minutes and then with no warning the callers voice slows down as if in slow motion.
