I gave up my desk IP Phone a while back since I travel and rarely work from my desk during business hours. I tried the Vonage Chrome extension, but it's not very good. Totally frustrated, I decided to try the Android app and I was pleasantly surprised. I use it on both my cell phone and tablet. It integrates with the device's contact list (something the Chrome extension could not do) and the call quality is quite acceptable.
