Why would you not put Vonage in the apps name? I installed and could not find it because I was searching Vonage. You lost a star for that.

Hi Greg, Thank you for your feedback. The app name in the Google Play store is "Vonage Business Essentials". On the device we better keep a short name as "Vonage Essentials" might not fit in the home screen below the icon. Since we have many users with multiple Vonage apps, we also can't use just "Vonage". We hope it makes sense.
I The app and service have been improving, and it's really powerful if used in conjunction with other Vonage plugs installed and apps. Cons: Slow and UI is awkward, like a giant corporation made an app for corporations. I have had repeated problems with calls on Wi-Fi erroring out, app freezing, etc. Also my independent contractors have a really tough time figuring out how to use it.
