We had a lovely family dinner and always enjoy WA Frost for a holiday occasion with exquisite decorations. We had a 6 pm reservation and the service was well paced. We found it very odd that on a Saturday night with every reason to expect to be very busy they had already run out of one of the main menu entrees. Perhaps it hadn't been prepped yet? But to be out of this dish (pork cheeks) less than 90 minutes after opening for dinner is just a miss and disappointed a few in our group. We'll happily return and hope not to encou... read more
The visit was very nice. Food was delicious although it seemed like it took a long time for preparation. Had a great time.
Ambiance was prefect. Decorations in Victorian style for the Holidays. We had a late brunch on a Sunday. Our entrees were delicious.
The food and service are great but the atmosphere is not to be missed if you enjoy feeling like you are in a festive place for the holidays.
Lovely decor, excellent service. The food was very good although the portions were small.
W.A. Frost never disappoints, and in fact, just seems to get better. Every bite of our dinner was sublime. The atmosphere at Christmas, with all of the twinkling lights, and greenery added to the lovely old building, with its cheerful fireplaces, is the best. A holiday tradition!

The food is great (although on the spendy side) but very gourmet and tastes delicious. I love all the little nooks and crannies in the basement part of it. Very romantic. I want to go there sometime in the summer so I can sit on the terrace. It's beautiful even in the wintertime!
Excellent food and ambiance. Don't miss it around the holidays - the decorations are beautiful. And, of course the patio is one of the best in town! You will feel like you are in Europe. This is a can't miss restaurant.
