We appreciate the attention our dogs get from the staff during feedings, playtime, etc. The webcams offer a wonderful way to check on our babies. :))) Paradise DFW does a great job of maintaining a clean, friendly and safe environment for our dogs when we travel and we really appreciate the staff there!

Excellent service provided in getting us set up to arrive...really appreciated that they called my vet to get all necessary records for me. Loved having the cameras to watch our Macy play throughout the day. She was happy when we got there and exhausted!

You could have taken the initiative when the pet owners are out of the country, to make the command decision to take the pet to the vet. Specially when communication is lacking at best. We trusted our family member to be taken care of just as if he was at home. Honoring your commitment when the staff makes the decision to correct the issue.. Please know communication person to person goes much farther than written comments. Know we will spread the word to our clubs members and friends.
