I have no idea what the staff is referring to in their response to me. (?) No where in my review did I discuss any issues or concerns with pets eliminating on the floors. My review was to forewarn other owners of small and medium size dogs that if boarding at this location, your dog will never go outside while there. The outdoor area that you see online is for large dogs only. They don't rotate or anything. The San Francisco location has outdoor options for small and medium size dogs.

I heard great reviews from friends about Wag, but it is not my cup of tea. Do not waste your money. I was on a long vacation; I paid for the suite and all the frills. However, I quickly realized at this location strolls are not really walks (just hanging out in a play room), based on the web cam there were too many dogs in a small play room, and apparently there is no grassy patch for pups to use the potty- so my dog did not see sunlight for 7 days.
