Been taking my dog here for two years, went to drop her off today and was turned away bc her bordatella vaccine was one month overdue. No warning, no email alerting me, nothing - just an unpleasant surprise that ruined my plans for the day. Bordatella isn't rabies folks, let's keep a little perspective, and maybe think about alerting your customer if a slightly overdue vaccine is that big of a deal to you.

Most rude and obnoxious manager last night picking up my dog. They told us one price then we return from our trip and it's almost double the price they told . Unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint against this manager. Needs to be checked and this needs to be addressed cause this is no way to talk to anyone when u clearly can't remember what you told someone is insane. Wags Hotel failed to refrigerate my dog's broth, which was clearly labeled, resulting in him getting sick from spoiled food. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially from a place that claims to prioritize pet care. Will not be returning.

Found a stray dog in the street today 15 blocks from the hotel with a Wag sticker. I called the facility, the staff was great and immediately came to pick him up. Obviously their security measures are poor if the dog was able to escape the boarding facility.

My dog used to go there and I use to think that place was the best till I found out that every time I took her they would put her in a cage supposedly cause she was behaving bad , and I remember or used to think why would they do that when I knew for a fact that she wasn't aggressive at all and I knewfor a fact that she went to other day cares and never has a complaint about her other than she'd been energetic and playfully and not just that when I asked for my money back cuss I had bought her a packaged it took forever for ... read more

I have went inside of this facility before and all I can say is they are treating the dogs like they are a prisoners. And They have so many cages with a lot of dogs barking I would not recommend to bring your dog here and the most expensive room the dog just gets a concrete 4 x 4 room with a glass balcony door all you can see is the camera and the dog just laying there all sad.

I dropped my dog at daycare for 2 consecutive days. It's convenient how this is the only daycare in the bay that is open 24 hours! They watch your dog for a 12 hour time frame from the time you drop them off until you pick them up. The first night I brought him home, he seemed happy but reeked of urine. I should've seen that as a red flag, but still proceeded to send him back the next day. After I picked him up from the 2nd day, he had diarrhea all night long. Updated: the manager contacted me and was very helpful and wanted to help find proactive solutions. I still think corporate needs better communication but they were helpful at the Oakland location and my dog looks great. Thank you. I'm pretty frustrated with wag hotel. Last 2 times our dogs have stayed at Wag the in-suite camera haven't worked... I called and was told different stories each time - must have been my phone despite other cameras working, that they would reset their cameras, that it was their hardware and they would call me back when fixed. No refund for not getting the services I paid extra for, no proof that dogs were even in the suite I paid more for or receiving the services I added.
