First time leaving our dog with you. Was good to watch him play on the Webcam. Only giving 4 stars cuz we really don't know what else happend. Would be great to get some sort of report card of how he did (feeding, sleeping, issues with other dogs, etc) We will certainly use you again!

Both of our cats were boarded for about a week, and they came back home sick. Both had a respiratory infection and were sneezing frequently. They had minimal interest in food for 3 or 4 days after coming back. One of them had diarrhea for 3 days. Also, we had individually packed each meal for them in small containers so that they would be fed only the food we provided. My pet’s personal belongings were misplaced and lost at the hands of the staff. No reasonable remedy for the situation was offered.

I think my pup had a nice stay, he was fine when I picked him up after two nights. I wish I would have received photos or a note on how he was doing as it was his first time there though. I wasn’t able to see him on the webcams.

Be more transparent and realistic with pricing.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would … We have a high anxiety dog, who also had a dog aggression due to being attacked by dogs in the past. We explained all of this to the staff and gave a list of instructions. They assured us that everything would be fine and she would have individual play time. A few days in we called to check on her and they said she was doing great in group play and we were very confused seeing that we explained she was dog aggressive , they then told us they had the wrong dog and she was d... read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY! My experience at Paradise 4 Paws was DISGUSTING to say the least! The staff I have encountered have NO compassion for animals! I boarded my puppy here for 7 days and I could not believe the inhumane, deplorable conditions he lived in day to day as I witnessed from the 24hr webcam. I had booked him in an executive suite with webcam access, so I was able to check on him whenever I wanted.
