We would absolutely never, ever board our dog at this establishment ever again. The only good thing is that he was only boarded for 2 days, otherwise who knows how much worse our reaction, or our dog, would be. I had a lot of down time while away, so I frequently viewed the webcams. Not once did I spot a worker pet a single dog. Not a single cuddle, stroke of the head, or any sign of affection. I believe that my dogs enjoy their stay, despite their separation anxiety, which keeps me at peace. However, they have been very stinky when I've picked them up the last couple of visits. I never mentioned it because I figured it was a one-time issue. This concerns me as to how sanitary their room has been.

We were charged $35,000 for our deposit, and no one at Paradise 4 Paws caught the error. Now I am getting e-mails and texts repeatedly asking me to review them with a 5-star rating. Yeah, right!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I watched my dog on camera barking non stop for 5 days and never saw her sleeping. After I brought her home she was sleeping for three days straight never leaving her bed. She was not able to bark. She was exhausted from barking for 5 days. Not all dogs are the same but I'm sure most of them are reactive to other dogs. Therefore they should not be exposed to other dogs 24/7. They should remove useless flat screen tvs and soundproof the rooms instead.

There is no other place that I would board my dogs..Leaving my car as well as my pups there makes air travel significantly less onerous.

My dog was attacked by another dog and received a puncture wound in the neck. The attacking dog went on to attack another dog before it was removed from the common area. We were presented with the bill for the subsequent veterinarian' s visit, as well as a late pickup charge despite picking her up 6 hours early. Our dog was also not given the medication we provided when we dropped her off.

I always bring my furbaby here when I need to board him but I was highly disappointed this time. He stayed 2 nights and the staff did not turn his light out when it was time for bed. My friend boarded her dogs during the same two days and her dog's lights were out early and I had to call to have them turn out the lights for my dog. Then, when I pick him up, I was told he spilled water on his blanket so it was wet. When I took out his blanket and toys at home, they all smelled like urine. For the second time this year, my little girl came home sick. Every time I call to check up on her she seems fine and I’m told she is quiet and calm but yet she comes home exhausted as if she was barking the entire time and has stomach issues.While I think she is safe while we are away, something happens to her while she is there. She is fine at drop off but the second we get her home she is sick.
