I arrived at 5am. No one at the reception desk, phone goes to voice mail stating call back in 24 hours, no bell to ring to let someone know you are at the door. It took more than 15 minutes waiting before a light was turned on in the back of the building and someone came out. You have to find a solution, eg a flashing light to make staff aware or have them at the front desk. This was unacceptable for a 24 hr facility

Once again, thank you for providing your input as it is highly appreciated.
Everything went smooth and easy. I appreciated how easy it was to get a quote right from my first phone call. The only thing that I was suggest is to make it more apparent somewhere on the website that you need to bring your own dog food and how much parking is on their lot. Aside from those little details. We will definitely be bringing back our dogs again.
I really like your place. Since I work in N burbs it’s ideal to drop her off on a day of travel when she’s coming with me. I will also consider it for my general out of town travel since your hours are great. The only issue with the last visit is that I don’t think she got her dinner. It was still in the baggie. There wasn’t a note that she didn’t eat. Other from that she was nice and tired for the flight.
Jake always loves to come visit and play with all his doggie friends. I know he's having fun because he comes home exhausted. My only complaint (and I honestly don't know how you overcome it) has ever been that because he can pee anywhere at P4P he thinks he can do that at home now in our carpeted rooms.
Consider availability of dog wash upon dog pick up.
I felt comfortable leaving Sadie there. I just wish that when she was placed in her suite she would’ve been given her blanket and personal items (stuffed animals) that I brought to help her feel more at ease. I also wish that there was ALWAYS water in her room along with her food at all times. Sadie is a senior and needs to have full access to her water.
We absolutely love Paradise for Paws, but would like me to suggestion, you should have at least two people at the checkin, it took more than 15 minutes to drop off last week!
