HI Carlos, Thank you for your feedback. I spoke with your wife at length about Mila. This was not an attack, and with rough play sometimes accidents happen. We have reviewed the video numerous times and do not see any "attack" happening at all. We are so sorry that Mila was hurt, and we are glad that our associates were on top of finding the wound and call the vet for direction. The staff was wonderful snd very patient with my Aussie puppy-who was very reluctant to interact with other puppies. I think she was also missing her crate time and more frequent potty breaks as well as more energetic activities she normally has at home. They did a good job but the program was not ideal for a 16 week old puppy. Perhaps we will try it again when she is older.

Hello Marry Anne, thank you for your feedback. As you may know it is normal for puppies to be timid of new dogs and people. Pheobe did interact well with the other puppies during her assigned Puppy's Day Out. We also would encourage purchasing additional Personal Playtime, for more out of room activities. We do understand wanting to wait until Pheobe gets bigger and older prior to her next visit. We do hope to see you in the near future.
My 7.5 year old German Shephard has never been boarded. He can be very anxious. Luckily after a day or so he settled in. To my surprise he did awesome at play with other and also went into the pool.

I was not happy with the bill and your staffs attempt to explain why it was over $150 more than the estimate. Essentially they could not explain what and said to just sent an email. I get you provide a service and you obviously feel you can charge what you want but I would have expected some reasonable explanation. Now that we are traveling again I will look for alternative a and make sure I let others know how I feel about your company.

The dog seemed well cared for, but I’m frankly shocked that food was not included. This is the only place I have ever encountered that that treats food as an “extra”. Unfortunately, that was not mentioned when I booked, so I was doubly shocked. Had to buy a big bag of food so he would have something to eat.

The cats beds were elevated off the floor and they had no where to lie, my wife noticed one of the other rooms had vomit on the floor while the cat was in there
