Get directionsIt could have been better. Drop off was a bit disorganized, which resulted in the wrong bed being put in one of the dogs kennel, which he shredded. And at pick up the entry way and lobby smelled of dog feces. It has never been like that before. As well no one was around so we waited in the lobby for about 5 - 7 minutes until I could get someone’s attention to come help us. We did pick up after hours so it was expected. We will be back but it just was not the same level of service we had experienced in the past.
Took our puppy there Friday morning to Sunday. Pros: Webcam in suites Cons: I assume the staff is overworked and underpaid (take a look at Glassdoor)because our puppy didn't get morning play time (I checked webcam every 20 mins first day) and the afternoon one was only an hour. We gave him 4 meals to feed him and he came home with 3! I also left messages with no return call back as promised. Yet to see playtime photos but at this point I don't need to. We will not be back. I really wished this place would be great but I... read more
We have used P4P in the past for all of our dogs (4) over many years. The only issue we have is not being able to view them in the play group. There are either technical glitches or they are in nap time. REALLY disappointed this last time since we could not see our pups for their first time for the 4 days we were away.
They fed my cat according to my instructions and she was transferred back and forth from O'hare and Midway airports without any injuries or mix ups. I didn't like that they didn't provide toys for the cats to play with. The Adventure Jungles was nice, but it wasn't as elaborate as I was hoping it would be. It was just a bunch of different sized cat trees. I also don't like that you can't view the cats on camera, like they have for the dogs. I think they should start offering that because I can't be sure they are really doing... read more
Scamp seemed to have fun with her playmates, but became ill the morning of her return to us. Your staff reported that she had a firm stool in her cage, but her rug was soiled with diarrhea when she came home with it. She has been ill with vomiting and diarrhea since coming home, and has needed re-hydration by her vet today. All blood work and stool samples are OK. Have any other dogs there last week been ill?
The experience was good with the exception of our puppies contracting kennel cough towards the end of their stay.
I was very happy that my dog was safe and being well cared for. My only negative is that she smelled very "dog-like" when I picked her up, as did the facility (It did not smell when I dropped her off). Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely use them again!

Thank you for the great review Frances! We loved having Robyn stay with us in June :) Next time she visits we will be sure to double-check her at check-out, as she, along with many of our fur-babies, tend to play hard and sometimes get sweaty and smelly. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we can't wait to see you both soon!
My dog seemed very happy when we picked him up! I love that we got to watch him during puppy play time, didn't think paying to watch him on the app was fair, after we're already paying a lot to have him there!! Was told we could bring his fav toys, so I packed a brand new chew stick, when I picked him up noticed it hadn't been taken out of the bag, not a huge deal, but I know my dog would have loved having it!! The check in process was great! While picking him up I was told I'd get an emailed receipt and a "report card" of ... read more

Hi Jennifer! We are so happy that Duffy had a great first stay with us back in May :) However, I would like to apologize for not providing you with a report card on how Duffy's stay went as this is not what typically happens. We will definitely provide this during your next visit and we can't wait to see you both again soon.
The people here show regard for the animals and I have been bringing our dogs for years. However, our dog used to love coming and now she becomes quite anxious when we bring her. It may be her age and it may be something else. Not sure . In the old days we were allowed to go back and see the facilities where the dogs are kept. That is not allowed anymore so I am less comfortable than I used to be.

Hi Naomi! Just to let you know, we would love you to come back and we can give you a full-tour of our resort :) While there are certain times of the day we may not offer our "deluxe tour" due to making sure our guests are as comfortable and safe as possible, we do indeed still offer full tours. We hope that Piper is doing well and we missed her not coming in earlier in the summer. If you need anything from us, please feel free to reach out as we appreciate you being a loyal client for over 10-years now!
