Had trouble dropping off my dogs because I was told there was no reservation even though I had my reservation confirmation. Then I was told my puppy lunged and snapped at an employee...... if anything my puppy will try and hide from new people.
I paid for my entire visit with a Groupon . The Groupon covered my entire visit but when I went to pick up my pet, the lady at the front tried to charge me an extra $94 . I did not appreciate that. If the Groupon covers five days then the people at the front of the pooch hotel should not be trying to charge you additional money .
Your web cams really need upgrading. They are sooo blurry.
