I have tried to get a tour at either the San Francisco and Oakland locations and I just cannot seem to get one. I have called 2 days before and 1 day before to make an appointment and the main waghotels personnel will tell me that I can go to either location between 10-6. I get to a location and due to short staffing due to covid no one can show me around. There is definitely a disconnect between the main waghotels 800 general line and each location. Not happy with my experience with Wag Hotels. I was moving and needed a place to leave my cat during the day. I tried making the reservation online and the website would not work. Refresh? Back to square one. I ended up calling a week before my move to book a reservation. Because my cat is over 13, they needed manager approval and I was told to call back at the beginning of the week to check in.
