Prices keep going up. For some reason, simply dropping your dog off takes on average 15 minutes, it's taken up to 30 before--how difficult can they make it? Absolutely infuriating how long it takes. They also got flooded and had to move things around but didn't bother to tell anybody beforehand. They also groomed the wrong dog with the same name last time I asked for grooming.

Edit: Wag customer service never replied when I asked to get in touch with the manager who replied. I think they are just mass replying to save face, not to actually resolve or investigate anything .

I have boarded my dog plenty of times before and was excited to give this place a shot given the amount of people that had recommended it to me. I was extremely disappointed in how they neglected my dog and the instructions I gave for him. I packed him one bag of food per day with his name, the date and instructions clearly labeled on each bag. My dog came home with lots of scabs, scratches and rashes on his belly, and he lost about 20% of his body weight (he's never been this light since we adopted him from the shelter 2 years ago). When we came to pick him up, he did was not washed and we had to wait another 2 hours for them to do so.

Booked a one on one day stay for my dog. Left enough food for his dinner. Picked him up at 7 and his food was untouched . They didn't feed him

dont put your pet here! they will neglect your pet and not feed them. keep them locked up without taking them out. they will withhold video footage too. overall they treat your pet horribly

We used to bring our dog there a few times a week for all-day play and we would even purchase the extra services for her (K9 Fit Rooftop Romps, etc...) because we wanted to make sure she was getting the most stimulation for the day. I did not have a good experience here. My pitbull, Givenchy, stayed here for 5 days during 4th of July. I supplied a smaller bag of food, 18 dollar bag. When I returned, more then half of this bag was returned to me. I do not believe my dog was fed everyday, twice a day. I also paid for all the extra perks, including treat time, night play etc. I do not believe these services were fulfilled. If I could give Wag Hotels ZERO STARS I would. After leaving my golden retriever at Wag Santa Clara, I must let you know that Wag Hotels is NOTHING like they used to be. My golden retriever was in the "all day play" on Saturday and he has been VOMITING ever since. Both the ER vet and our primary vet say he was under COMPLETE STRESS. The CAMERAS at Wag were NOT WORKING after 1:30pm and there is no way to get a hold of anyone at the hotel.
