Dog boarding service has gone downhill since March 2019. Dog has to urgently use the restroom after every pickup (8+ bowel movements in 10 minutes is not normal especially after they claim to have let him out 2 hours earlier), came home with a chemical burn once, and you can hear the groomer yelling at dogs in the lobby. They used to send picture/email updates but have only received 1 over the past 3 stays. Reached out to management and they respond as quickly as they care.

First and foremost, I think this facility is usually a 5-star place. The staff is always super friendly and they have a good operation. However, we recently had a stay there with a nightmare outcome. Long story, but the essential issues were the lack of communication and lack of attention/care. Tigger was not eating her meals and they failed to report that unusual activity. Tigger also was most likely water deprived, maybe only given 1 bowl when she was in her kennel. This ultimately caused huge medical issues that turned... read more

Dog seemed happy after his 7 day, 6 night stay. Was promised a couple updates, but never heard from them. I guess no news is good news?

The 1st time I used them for boarding, I picked up my dog at noon, still wet. I decided to give them another chance. When I dropped him off the 2nd time at 2:00pm, I expressed my frustration to the manager. I also told her that I would retrieve him at 2pm on pick up day. When I picked him up, they wanted to charge a 2-Hour late checkout fee. After a lengthy conversation with the manager on duty, he agreed to refund the late fee.
