All the staff is very attentive and customer service is fantastic! I only wish play didn't stop at 4pm. If the dog boards, it's 16 hrs in isolation. That's entirely too long. I really wish this policy would change.

We don't want there to be any misunderstandings about the length of time pups are in their suites since we want you and all pet parents to feel comfortable having their pup stay overnight with us. As we discussed, all the dogs do get additional potty breaks in the morning and evening with the other dogs that they are usually in play with.
