All the staff is very attentive and customer service is fantastic! I only wish play didn't stop at 4pm. If the dog boards, it's 16 hrs in isolation. That's entirely too long. I really wish this policy would change.

Overall I love Pooch Hotel! Just about everything about it makes it easy and convenient for me and my dog, and he seems to enjoy his time there! I especially love the fun holiday events and activities they offer. My only complaint is that the staff doesn’t come across as quite as knowledgeable or friendly as they have been in the past. Our 5 month old puppy came back from a 1 day stay with intense diarrhea until he passed a pill still in the original packing we had given to staff to administer. It seems like they must’ve just given him the whole pill without even opening it, disregarding the comments around how the pill was supposed to be administered in water. My dog seemed happy when I came to pick him up. He did smell very badly of urine when I picked him up, which I didn’t love. But otherwise he seemed content with his stay.

Bacardi loves his time there!
Our first experience here. Pricey but even my 12 year old Bacardi had a ball and slept like a baby when he got home. I'll be buying a package which will make the cost a little more palatable!
There was way way too much time in a crate during daycare stay and dog came home abdominal stinking of pee
