You always take excellent care of our dog, and we appreciate the pupdates. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the video to work overseas.

My dog cries with happiness every time we're within a block of your location, I wouldn't change a thing. The staff is awesome, everyone knows Buddy and he loves everyone there.

Buddy is such a fun pup. He knows the way to the play area and walks us there rather than us walking him there ;) We love having him here and are glad he loves visiting us also!
Sammy loves the Pooch Hotel. The girls love her. She is older and likes to play less than most dogs and they all make sure she is comfortable and feeling loved. Sammy has been there many times and we have always been happy. We highly recommend.

Took good care of my pup when I needed emergency surgery. When my hospital stay was longer than expected they adjusted his diet until more food could be delivered. Thanks for taking such good care of Falstaff.

We always want to make sure the clients are updated on how their pups are doing with us because we care so much about all of them, and many of us are pet parents ourselves so we understand that the quality of care we provide should be the same that we would want for our own pets.
Pooch Hotel makes me feel very comfortable leaving my dog to play all day. They know her by name and say hi to her whenever we walk by on the street (we live in the neighborhood, but don't visit Pooch every day). So, even though she's not a daily daycare doggie, I know they care for her!

Harriet has such a lively personality that it makes it easy to remember her! She is such a good pup, and when we're walking out in the neighborhood we pretty much actively look around for the pups we know just so we can say hi. Since we have a few friends that don't come every week we miss them!

I've been bringing my dog Dexter here since 2009 when he was just a pup. We've weathered many changes with Pooch. But one thing has been consistent - the quality of the staff and the care they give the dogs. They go above and beyond to make sure Dexter is healthy and happy, and that my needs are taken care of as well.
