Everyone who works there is extremely nice. What I don't like is the pups are taken out of play around 4 PM… Would prefer they could stay until around six or 7 PM rather than sit in a crate for 2 to 3 hours by the time people are off of work. Love the video camera option but wish they could have some outdoor time too.

Hi, Melissa we wanted to explain why we made the decision to have play run only until 4pm. We understand that you don't want Olivia to be in her suite for too long but we assure you that the daycare suites (no crates are used here!) are set up to be comfortable for all the dogs. While we have tried to extend play until 7pm it just doesn't work out well for the dogs. They become agitated and grumpy. Great seeing how well the staff gets to know our dog

Pooch is our family's life saver. When we travel or when our dogs just need to run off steam they are always reliable. I love the webcams and appreciate the new management's staying on top of vaccinations for all the dogs. Since the change, my dogs have never gotten sick/kennel cough. MUCH appreciated. I also love that I can pick my dogs up whenever I want...which really helps when I come in on a late or delayed flight! Thanks Pooch!

They always are very helpful with any dog tranining tricks, to helping our puppy grow socially in a play setting.

We understand that puppies are still developing social skills and we want to them to learn from the staff but also learn doggy language from the older pups so they can safely play. Jay just loves to play and we want him to have fun while learning!

Lolu is so great and lovable! She looks very much like my dog but I tried not to let that bias my regard for her! I swear we don't play favorites but...she was a favorite hehe. We understand how hard it can be for clients to be away from their pups and the around the clock care we provide is a way to ease parents worries since they know their pups are never alone.
