Our pup Max loves everyone at Pooch Hotel. They all know her name and she recognizes them, even on the street. It's comforting to know she is loved and taken care of when there for the day or overnight.

We love and care for all the pups because most of us are pet owners ourselves and treat the pups the same way we'd like our own pets to be treated if we were away. So we treat them like kings and queens! We look forward to seeing Max tomorrow!
They know each dog and owner as soon a toy walk through the door. They had a question about my dogs food and gave me a call. I wss at work and couldn't answer. Instead of waiting for me to call them back, they immediately sent an email, which I was able to respond to. The groomer did a great job also. Oreo enjoys his time there.

I appreciate the focus and attention the Pooch Peeps lavish on my furbaby every day. I send her off every day trusting that she is well cared for, getting lots of good play time and interaction time, and in a safe and healthy environment.

I've been coming to Pooch for three years and the staff is always really friendly. My only complaint would be the huge cost jump a year or so ago . I also find it actually sad that I have to pay extra money if I want my dog to have extra cuddles when boarding. I would think this would be part of the service when bringing him to board or a day visit daycare.

Hi, we just love having Eli as a guest! We can understand that a price increase can seem like a bad thing but we genuinely believe that the prices were set to reflect the high quality of services we provide and the level of convenience that other daycare/boarding facilities just can't meet. We also do make a big effort to give all the dogs a quick cuddle at bedtime but the A La Carte service of Cuddle Time is set so that we can dedicate a longer length of time for a specific pup alone.
My dog was happy. And that's what mattered to me the most.
