Sissy, the saleperson, was great to work with. The carpet and pad selection was made very easily. Installation of the Carpet went well. The heavy big furniture was moved and put back with no problems. They were able to install the Living Room Dining Room Carpet with onlty 1 seam. However, the installers liked to leave the front interior and storm doors open continuiously despite owners closing the doors. Leaving the doors open when not at actively removing old carpet or bring new carpet seemed to be unnecessary. This ... read more
Sue was really great working with me and was very patient with me which I appreciated. The real prize goes to the guy who installed the floor-I believe his name is Chevy( spelling?). He did an outstanding job making sure everything looked perfect, cleaned up after himself and did an outstanding job!! I hope you give him a raise-he deserves one.
My experience with Warehouse Carpet was remarkable! Beginning with Sissy as sales representative’s patience and direction in selecting my carpet and ending with two installers, namely~ Lou and Corbin (a dynamic duo) promptly arriving at designated time, working steadily and tirelessly all day- delivered a carpeting precisely as ordered, carefully moving furniture and replacing when job completed and the carpeting is beautiful! The Ithaca store was great and friendly, Alexis was so helpful to us, she went out of her way to help us to make a perfect selection that would work well with our home and decor !! The installer she chose was so great and let me decide where I wanted each piece of flooring installed. Should we ever need anything else for our home it will be with warehouse carpet in Ithaca.
