Great looking tile. The installing crew was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Working with Carpet Warehouse was easy as they explained the different tiles, the process, and cost.
From the time we walked into the store in Johnson City, NY we were impressed with the staff. First with Jason, then Zach who came for evaluating and input, then Dylan for the installation and Ray in scheduling. Also the inventory is very impressive.

Sissy, the saleperson, was great to work with. The carpet and pad selection was made very easily. Installation of the Carpet went well. The heavy big furniture was moved and put back with no problems. They were able to install the Living Room Dining Room Carpet with onlty 1 seam. However, the installers liked to leave the front interior and storm doors open continuiously despite owners closing the doors. Leaving the doors open when not at actively removing old carpet or bring new carpet seemed to be unnecessary. This ... read more
Sue was really great working with me and was very patient with me which I appreciated. The real prize goes to the guy who installed the floor-I believe his name is Chevy( spelling?). He did an outstanding job making sure everything looked perfect, cleaned up after himself and did an outstanding job!! I hope you give him a raise-he deserves one.
