Right in the door, John Frosolone stepped up and was ready with helpful suggestions and answers to every question. Absolutely the best experience in carpet purchase and outstanding care when the installers worked in our home, couldn't be happier.
The Ithaca store was great and friendly, Alexis was so helpful to us, she went out of her way to help us to make a perfect selection that would work well with our home and decor !! The installer she chose was so great and let me decide where I wanted each piece of flooring installed. Should we ever need anything else for our home it will be with warehouse carpet in Ithaca. Had installer, Brian, install carpet & pad in our master bedrm and walk-in-closet yesterday, 6/7/23. He did a great job. He was pleasant and worked right along and did a great job and cleaned up after himself and vacuumed up the rug. He worked fast and was knowledgeable - - he knew what he was doing! Lindsey

My carpet was installed today by Rick Hunter and Andy. They are quiet a team. They worked great together. The carpet looks great. I'm very pleased with my experience. My salesman, Gage, was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect carpet. I will definitely recommend Warehouse Carpet.
