This is the second time my husband and I have used him for our refinancing needs. We were referred originally by a friend and would certainly use him again and again. He's friendly, prompt, always answers his phone, great about explaining all the technical things that I know minimal about, and he was very conscience and appreciative of my time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jeff and his assistant Danielle were wonderful to work with through my refinance. Jeff laid out the facts right from day one. What I loved most was he was not pushy on getting my application in before answering questions and concerns. He gave me all options available to help me make an informed decision. Danielle very customer oriented. Had all the time to solve issues with no attitude, even when some of the issues were irritating. Thanks guys. If I have to do it again, you will be my number 1.

We worked with Mike 15 years ago when we got our first home loan and respective refinancing over the years with positive results and experience. We refinanced our home loan with Jeff moving from 5/1 ARM to 15 year fixed. He offered good rates and his office provided good follow through to close the loan on time. I had a good experience meeting him in person at his office in Kirkland where he provided some good tips on maintaining the property. He is also good with keeping in touch after the transaction has closed, providing useful updates on current market trends.

I was referred to Michael, who was so helpful and professional. He was with us every step of the way. We had our home inspection scheduled soon after we signed up with him and he listened to our concerns and worked with us. I just really appreciate Mike, I was very stressed with our refinance and he worked with me and got us squared away. He answered all our questions and is someone I would recommend to anyone who needs to refinance (and I don't recommend anything to anyone, but he is this good!)

After a frustrating experience with another lender, we switched to Mary who helped us out to the best of her ability! We didn't have much time until closing and Mary did everything in her power to help us close on time! She was thorough and super helpful through our first homebuying experience. Would 100% recommend Mary for her thoughtful and thorough work.
