Long story short, we purchased a new construction home and the builder’s preferred lender denied our loan 2 weeks before closing due to their lack of expertise and experience. Our agents recommended us to work with Ken and I dont know how he did it but we were able to close in 2 weeks with better rates than the builder’s preferred lender. He was accessible day and night and even after we closed, he has kept in contact with us to let us know about refinancing options and removing our mortgage insurance. Mike worked w/ us on our first home refinance and was super helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions, provide multiple options, and go through the pros and cons of everything. He was available day and night and on weekends w/ quick responses to all our questions. He made the overall process really easy and straight forward and got us great rates (better than others we had checked w/).
