After meeting a few load officers previously and feeling very uncomfortable with them we stumbled on Mike in an ad. He was just down the street and agreed to meet with us so we took a shot. He had to really take us back to the basics and help us understand what kind of loan we could even get. You accomplished all that I could have desired in refinancing my home. My broker: 1) was knowledgeable about every aspect of refinancing. 2) patiently helped me procure the lowest interest rate available, 3) kept me informed of the current status during every step of the process. I like working with Mike because he communicates with you directly, he is responsive and effective. We met in person and discussed all my questions and everything.
