Jeanne was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Upfront, she explained everything in an extremely clear, complete, and fair manner. When we were selecting a specific loan, she was extremely responsive with rates as they changed throughout the day. Wes and Keving were great! They really went above and beyond to get us into our home with a quick close after we were forced to switch lenders mid process. We were nervous about our timeline, but not only did they meet our deadline, they were able to help us close early, and they got us a better rate than our initial lender! I have worked with Mike on purchases before but this was my first cash-out refinance. His process was the same though and everything went smoothly.
