I see that Jeff's pitch says he won't waste your time. He is right. He will not waste it. But what he doesn't say is how attentive he is and how available that he is to answer any questions. If he cannot take your call at that moment, he will get back to you soon. Danielle was also a great help. Thanks for helping me with a refi during these times when business is done during Covid!

Ken is very personable and detailed in the process of supporting and helping us secure our home loan.
