We had some unusual situations with buying out a shareholder with a life estate in the house & then turning it into a rental before we would be able to occupy it. Lots of twists. Todd seemed to be always available by text email or phone & made the difference between what on the surface seemed easy but turned complicated.

I have had Jeff refinance my mortgage twice in the last 5 years and both the times my experience has been nothing but outstanding. He gives me the best possible rates, keeps me updated through out the process and is always reachable. He was prompt in answering all my questions and even went through finer details with me over the phone. Mary was a pleasure to work with through a challenging time in the market to help us purchase our home about a year and a half ago. THEN - she contacted us in the following year to let us know rates had dropped and we could refinance - reducing our payments even more. She was always willing to take extra time to help us understand all the paperwork. I've already referred friends her way.

Working with Mary took out all of the guesswork in refinancing my home. She is extremely knowledgeable, energetic and attentive. Mary Kunzweiler was so efficient and fast in the loan process..... My first lender dropped the ball... so I switched to Mary and her team... They made me feel so secure that they could handle my loan and close on my home as quickly as possible. I had already lost 30 days with the other lender, so I was very stressed out.. I would highly recommend Mary.. She worked tirelessly day and night to get the job done.

I have worked with many lenders over the years and Jeff is the most reliable, organized, and attentive. His assistant Natasha is also extremely conscientious to details and has excellent follow through. Getting a refinance or a loan is not as easy as it was in the past, and Jeff and his team definitely work to earn their pay to deliver. Recommended with five stars.
